What You'll Do
- →This position serves as IT Project Manager and IT Specialist in the Information and Technology Headquarters Office.
- →Incumbent exercises control over information systems projects and ensures projects are implemented in accordance with baseline plans.
- →Project planning and development: Develops, manages and implements project plans such as communications plan, scope management plan, time management plan, work breakdown structure, risk plan, budget plan and procurement plan.
- →Project execution: Develops/employs methods and tools to track progress throughout the life cycle of the project.
- →Applies technical knowledge to ensure project schedules and objectives are accomplished within established milestones.
- →Project reporting: Provides feedback to leadership and stakeholders through appropriate reports, meetings, briefings, and information papers.
- →Briefs senior leadership and staff on project status and developments.
- →Assigns and schedules recurring work and one time projects to team members based on existing workloads, priorities, and consideration of work requirements.
- →Sets work priorities and establishes schedules for work completion.
