This position is being recruited under 10 USC 1599f into the Cyber Excepted Service and does NOT convey eligibility to be converted to the Competitive Service. It has been identified as a position necessary to carry out and support the mission of the US Cyber Command. It is in the Professional Work Category at the Senior Work Level within the CES Occupational Structure. It is located in the DISA ACQ/SERVICES PEO (SD311). .
What You'll Do
- →Estimates project costs and submits cost estimates for related funding plans to finance and budget projects.
- →Directs projects and exercises project responsibility and control over a mixture of civilian and military information systems professional and technical personnel, as well as a number of professional and technical contractor personnel.
- →Serves as Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) on multi-million-dollar contract efforts.
- →Provides technical support, expert staff assistance, and is responsible for determining the number of personnel required to successfully accomplish project requirements.
