This position is being recruited under 10 USC 1599f into the Cyber Excepted Service and does NOT convey eligibility to be converted to the Competitive Service. It has been identified as a position necessary to carry out and support the mission of the US Cyber Command. It is in the Professional Work Category at the Senior Work Level within the CES Occupational Structure. It is located in the DISA J6/C4 ENTERPRISE DIRECTORATE.
What You'll Do
- →Oversees the development of programmatic performance measurements to increase efficiencies and cost savings associated with program management and wholeness.
- →Develops, implements, and modifies as necessary a framework to implement the Directorate's Program and Product Management Initiatives following Agile methodologies.
- →Performs portfolio management, working with the customers for strategic planning for capabilities and requirements, creating roadmaps, and annual review of capability requests.
- →Assesses IT equipment and capabilities to plan for the design, modification, rehabilitation, fielding, or removal of complex state of the art IT equipment and/or systems.
- →Participates in strategic planning to determine how and where to best focus the Agency’s resources and efforts to achieve performance improvements
