What You'll Do
- →Serves on application implementation team to ensure customer service requirements are addressed.
- →Serves as the senior technical analyst and resolves the complete range of customer IT problems within the scope of activity operations.
- →Coordinates, executes, implements, and maintains the installation and operation of customer application systems.
- →Reviews technical and design specifications to address customer requirements.
- →Monitors the availability and functionality of customer hardware and software and detects and reports problems.
Requirements
- ✓There is no substitution of education for the Qualifying Experience at the GG-12 grade level.
