What You'll Do
- →You will co-lead as LANT's focal point in CI construction polices/processes reviews to determine changes and additions necessary to meet current requirements.
- →You will provide technical reach back support for FEAD/ROICCs for such construction-related matters.
- →You will streamline, develop, and keep current standardized position descriptions at various GS grade levels for entry, advanced, and senior CM and ET positions.
- →You will research and coordinate opportunities for centralized-training events including on-site facilitators/instructors and/or creation of online construction-related training courses to enhance workforce knowledge and technical skills.
Requirements
- ✓Applicants for the Professional Engineering Series must meet the following basic education requirements of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualifications Standards Manual: Successful completion of a professional engineering degree.
- ✓Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position.ORCurrent registration as an Engineer Intern (EI), Engineer in Training (EIT), or licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE) by any State, the District of Columbia, Guam, or Puerto Rico.

- ✓OR Successful completion of at least 60 semester hours of courses in the physical, mathematical, and engineering sciences and in engineering that included the courses specified in the basic requirements above.
- ✓Ordinarily, there should be either an established plan of intensive training to develop professional engineering competence, or several years of prior professional engineering-type experience, e.g., in interdisciplinary positions.
- ✓Applicants for the Professional Architecture Series must meet the following basic education requirements of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualifications Standards Manual: Successful completion of a bachelor's or higher degree in architecture.
- ✓OR Have a combination of college-level education, training, and/or technical experience that furnished (1) a thorough knowledge of the arts and sciences underlying professional architecture, and (2) a good understanding, both theoretical and practical, of the architectural principles, methods, and techniques and their applications to the design and construction or improvement of buildings.
- ✓(Note - In the absence of college courses, 5 years of such experience is required).
