This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies through the Domestic DIB, MRTFB Direct Hire Authority in the DoD. What You'll Do
- →You will prepare written plans and schedules for accomplishing environmental assignments.
- →You will identify environmental compliance requirements using environmental engineering and science principles.
- →You will prepare and provide proposals and briefings to environmental management chain.
- →You will coordinate the programs for all areas of a industrial installation engaged in diverse high risk operations and functions.
Requirements
- ✓For 0819 Series: Successful completion of a professional engineering degree.
- ✓Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position.
- ✓OR Current registration as an Engineer Intern (EI), Engineer in Training (EIT), or licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE) by any State, the District of Columbia, Guam, or Puerto Rico.
- ✓Office of Personnel Management.

- ✓OR Successful completion of at least 60 semester hours of courses in the physical, mathematical, and engineering sciences and in engineering that included the courses specified in the basic requirements under paragraph A (above).
- ✓Ordinarily, there should be either an established plan of intensive training to develop professional engineering competence, or several years of prior professional engineering-type experience, e.g., in interdisciplinary positions.
- ✓Foreign Education: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the qualification requirements if the applicant can provide documentation indicating that the foreign education is comparable to that received in an accredited educational institution in the United States.
