About the Role
About the Position: This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at Security Operations Training Facility (SOTF) Section, Washington, DC.
What You'll Do
- →Serve as Director of the Data Analytics and Research Cell (DARC) for Security Operations Training Facility (SOTF).
- →Conduct detailed assessments to identify the technical needs of the organization, considering current and future strategic objectives.
- →Responsible for providing comprehensive oversight of twenty contract employees, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to established data, security, and intelligence policies and procedures.
- →Represent the unit, as required, in planning and coordination concerning data, analysis, and policy.
- →Must display strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workspace that values the contributions of all employees.
- →Articulate organization data collection, data back-haul, and technical analytic requirements clearly and effectively to various organization.
