The primary purpose of this position is to serve as an intelligence analyst engaging in the semi-complex to complex technical analysis and production of information obtained and processed from one or more intelligence sources in support of customer requirements.
What You'll Do
- →DUTY 1: Serves as a multi-source/all-source intelligence analyst on semi-complex technical analysis and production activities.
- →Contributes to regional or functional analysis conducted by civilian and military experts within the assigned section.
- →DUTY 2: Present ISR semi-complex to complex capabilities to service, national, and coalition customers within defined areas of responsibility.
- →Provides management with the detailed intelligence information and analysis derived from ISR assets to maximize Commanders forces' effectiveness by optimizing friendly force strengths, exploiting adversary weaknesses, and countering adversary strengths.
- →DUTY 3: Conducts semi-complex to complex analysis of multi-source intelligence.
- →Evaluates both classified and unclassified critical and/or sensitive information to understand adversary strengths, weaknesses, and centers of gravity.
- →DUTY 4: Participates in complex and/or manages semi-complex intelligence production.
- →Participates in complex and/or manages semi-complex component, combatant command, and support agency production requirements.
- →Uses a variety of intelligence production requirement tasking methods (email, phone call, COLISEUM, etc) and then builds production schedule recommendations to meet consumer demand.
- →DUTY 5: Serves as a functional expert on ISR issues.
- →Makes recommendations on operational matters used to initiate management actions to revise policy to commit Agency funds or resources.
- →Actions indirectly may impact future ISR capabilities.
- →Represents the organization in meetings with planners from other MAJCOMs, Air Staff, DoD, and within the IC community, and recommendations are considered sound expert advice.
