This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Air Force Services Center at Port San Antonio, TX. This is a regular full-time category position with guaranteed 40 hrs. per week. Employees appointed to a regular category position are eligible for benefits.
What You'll Do
- →The purpose of this position is to provide installation oversight and serve as program manager for the Central Ticket Program, to include leisure travel and tickets.
- →Supervises assigned personnel.
- →Monitors, develops and administers various Air Force Instruction, operating instructions, training aids, marketing strategies, organizational and developmental initiatives.
- →Serves as point of contact for policy interpretation, program assessment and development.
- →Works with partners, stakeholders, and other branches of services on all joint services initiatives.
- →Provides mentor ship, training and guidance to installation managers to further advance the development of the overall program.
- →Provides innovative programming ideas to gain new customers.
- →Provides information updates on current status and changing trends in the leisure travel and tourism industry, adventure park tickets and monitors operation of programs, services, and facilities at all Air Force installations.
- →Develops, maintains, and monitors training schedules and coordinates with sister services and industry partners on issues pertaining to implementation, training, and technical support.
- →Coordinates within and other agencies to identify and remedy issues resulting from the implementation or ongoing contract maintenance of the program.
- →Engages with potential vendors in negotiating agreements, gathering information, and military pricing.
- →Reconciles vendor sales, activity, and payments/credits monthly.
- →Prepares financial tracking and trend reports for all programs.
- →Prepares all documentation, reports, and necessary notifications to installations concerning updates, policies, and procedures.

- ✓FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements.
