This position is in the Department of the Chief Information Office (DCIO), Technology Strategy & Innovation Office (TSIO)
What You'll Do
- →The incumbent will manage contractor resources, facilitate cross-functional teams, coordinate closely with subject matter experts across the judiciary, and engage with executive leadership to define business challenges, develop solution strategies, and support the successful delivery of technology and operational initiatives.
- →This role requires strong interpersonal skills, task leadership, effective stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable plans and scalable solutions.
- →Duties include, but are not limited to: Facilitating and coordinating complex initiatives involving stakeholders across business, technical, and operations teams to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
- →Conveying information and present initiatives to stakeholders and executive leadership, across the organization on a regular basis, in a clear and concise manner.
- →Providing support to government task forces, with an understanding of the boundaries of inherently governmental functions that must be performed by federal employees.
- →Collaborating with business stakeholders to advise on and develop technical solution designs within an Agile delivery framework.
- →Partnering with cross-functional teams to define and execute delivery approaches that enable seamless transition from planning through implementation, particularly within multi-cloud environments.
- →Guiding decision-making and program execution with cross-functional teams.
- →Coordinating with Innovation and Research subject matter experts to develop proof of concepts and prototypes that support active programs and projects.

- ✓If appointed to a temporary position, management may have the discretion of converting the position to permanent depending upon funding and staffing allocation.
