What You'll Do
- →You will install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain desktop/laptop configurations (hardware and software) to ensure their confidentiality, integrity and availability.
- →You will install, test, operate, and manage networks and their firewalls to support the security of information and information systems.
- →You will upgrade or replace existing software to improve system capabilities, curricular effectiveness, and program efficiency.
- →You will provide expertise to staff, faculty, and students to enable them to best utilize the software applications available to them on their workstations.
