The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Program and Project Manager/ Action Officer responsible for the full life cycle of Information Technology (IT) initiatives supporting Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) systems.
What You'll Do
- →Oversees information technology requirements in support of USAFE-AFAFRICA's ISR priorities. 2.
- →Serves as a Senior IT project manager supporting A2 priorities. 3.
- →Coordinates with program and project managers across the MAJCOM and within other external organizations and agencies in developing, operating, and modifying policies to ensure systems requirements meets mission requirements. 4.
- →Leads continuous process improvement initiatives to optimize the branch's business processes related to mission knowledge, information management, and situational awareness.
Requirements
- ✓ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This position is a Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel Systems (DCIPS) position implemented under Section 504, Title V of Public Law 99-569, Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1987, as codified in Sec 1601, Chap 83 of Title 10 United States Code which sets forth Air Force policies and procedures for DCIPS.
- ✓This position is in the Excepted Service.
