What You'll Do
- →WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As an Information Technology Specialist, you will use your knowledge of and experience to optimize business results and customer experience by: Assist in implementing and testing AI/ML or automation tools (e.g., scripts, workflows, or basic models) under the guidance of senior staff.
- →Support data management activities by preparing datasets, performing basic data analysis, and validating data quality for reporting and program use.
- →Apply and interpret IT policies ensuring compliance with established processes and procedures.
- →Provide technical advisor, leading teams and influencing stakeholders while communicating complex IT and AI concepts to leadership.
- →Lead the design, deployment, and governance of AI/ML solutions, including establishing standards for model development, validation, and monitoring.
Requirements
- ✓Copy of your transcripts or equivalent documentation is required for positions with an education requirement, or if you are qualifying based on education or a combination of education and experience.
- ✓An official transcript will be required if you are selected.
- ✓College or university degree generally must be from an accredited (or pre-accredited) college or university recognized by the U.S.
- ✓Department of Education.
