There is one vacancy available in one of the following potential duty locations: Fort Collins, Colorado and Kansas City, Missouri This position is located at Office of the Chief Information Officer Infrastructure Operations Division. This is not a remote position. You will be required to be in your duty station office per CEC telework policy.
What You'll Do
- →As an Information Technology Specialist, you will: Prepare and present briefings to senior management officials on complex and sometimes controversial issues.
- →Provide on-call tier 3 support for applications with availability requirements beyond normal business hours.
- →Manage and support IT hardware such as Cisco UCS systems, Nutanix hyper-converged solutions, and traditional stand-alone server hardware (such as HP, Dell, Sun, IBM server/blade chassis).
- →Collaborative with other division or cross-division staff to produce solid designs for enterprises solutions to meet customers' needs within End User Computing environment.
