This position is part of the Southeastern Power Administration. As an Information Technology Specialist (infosec/sysadmin), you will assist and support the members of the Information Management Team for Southeastern Power Administration's (SEPA) Information Technology Division's Chief Information Officer (CIO).
What You'll Do
- →Fosters customer service and user support orientation throughout all data processing functions; Provide user support which includes requirements analysis and problem identification and resolution; Offer various IT alternatives to the users while analyzing the requirements.
