What You'll Do
- →If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for providing technical and analytical assistance involving other IT specialty areas supporting the information management needs of the US Attorney's Office.
- →Typical work assignments will include: Diagnosing and resolving problems in response to customer reported incidents.
- →Providing customer support services including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, customer assistance and training in response to user requirements.
- →Managing accounts, network rights, and access to systems and equipment.
- →Designing, developing, testing, implementing, and managing internet and intranet websites.
- →Monitoring functionality, security, and integrity of internet services, as well as managing internet servers.
- →Planning and scheduling the installation of new or modified hardware, operating systems, and applications software, working closely with customers to ensure seamless installation, and minimizing installation problems.
- →Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.

- ✓No education requirement for GS-12.
