What You'll Do
- →Under general supervision, performs routine and recurring assignments in the delivery of Information Technology (IT) customer support services for the Directorate of Cadet Activities (DCA).
- →Participates in the planning and delivery of a full range of IT customer support services to the organization.
- →Identifies and resolves issues and problems.
- →Applies information security and information assurance policy, principles and practices.
- →Provides help desk support, including information and assistance, to customers including system hardware/software installation, configuration, updates, and troubleshooting.
- →Reports, responds, to and resolves customer requests.
- →Support, monitor, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software IA problems pertaining to their CE.
- →Evaluates established methods and procedures and prepares recommendations for changes in methods and practices where appropriate Prepares and updates manuals, instructions, and operating procedures.
- →Implement and monitor IA safeguards for CE system(s) in accordance with implementation plans and standard operating procedures.
- →Performs other duties as assigned.
