About the Position: Provide Information Technology (IT) support to the staff and end user devices (EUDs) at Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center (CRDAMC) and its supported clinics, buildings, and units at Fort Hood, Texas. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Student Loan repayment may be authorized.
What You'll Do
- →Serve as the first line of response and analysis for all clinical and administrative Information Technology (IT) work tickets.
- →Provide business focused end user support to a variety or administrative and clinical systems.
- →Participate in defining IT security requirements; implement and support IT security applications Ensure high uptime on all healthcare information systems related to patient encounters and revenue generation for the organization.
