The primary purpose of this position is to serve as an Industrial Engineering Technician independent planner providing information needed for assessment, guidance in forecasting depot maintenance workload hours and material needed to perform depot maintenance within the negotiated schedule.
What You'll Do
- →Applies basic industrial engineering processes to perform long-range pre-production planning for both prime support workload requirements relevant to depot maintenance.
- →Developing task/skill sequencing compatible with tech data, work requirements, work specifications, regulatory guidance, or technical directives.
- →Develops, maintains, and updates accurate Bills of Material (BOM) for programmed and unprogrammed workload.
- →Maps shop processes and updates changes to process flows and descriptions.
- →Performs work studies to ensure safety compliance.
