The primary purpose of this position is to to manage one or more of the following personnel programs: DCIPS Performance Management, Incentive/Performance Awards, Records Management, Training, Workers' Compensation, Civilian Deployments, Passport Agent, Time & Attendance management, Government Purchase Card (GPC), Separations/retirements, Benefits & Entitlements, In/out Processing, and Drug Testing.
What You'll Do
- →- Assists the Personnel Flight Chief with the DCIPS/DPMAP performance management systems.
- →Develops a comprehensive plan of action with timelines and goals to ensure ACC/A1 CPO suspenses are met. - Manages the AFTAC Civilian Time and Attendance Program.
- →Serves as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the use of the automated tools (such as ATAAPS), requiring specialized access to DCPS and/or other systems, and adherence to related policies (DoD and AF). - Manages the process for completing in/out-processing of civilian employees.
- →Coordinates with gaining supervisors, security, and finance to ensure readiness of new employees' arrival and onboarding. - Administers the funding for civilian training and authorizes the release of funds in procurement of training.
- →Oversees the Center's Government Purchase Card program for civilian training purchases, manages the account and records IAW AF Guidance and standards. - Program Manager and Trusted Agent (TA) for the Center's Air Force Drug Demand Testing Program.
- →Ensures squadrons/directorates' Trusted Agents provide written notifications for employees selected for testing under the AF Drug Testing Program and are appropriately acknowledged.
- →Maintains LSPC office records as Records Custodian, ensuring full compliance with the AF and Federal Records Management Status regulations.

- ✓ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This position is a Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel Systems (DCIPS) position implemented under Section 504, Title V of Public Law 99-569, Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1987, as codified in Sec 1601, Chap 83 of Title 10 United States Code which sets forth Air Force policies and procedures for DCIPS.
