About the Role
The Histology Section Lead evaluates Histology Section activities to assess ongoing day-to-day compliance with established protocols and guidelines. They will develop and recommend policies and procedures regarding Anatomic Pathology (Histology) and provides authoritative advice and consultation in the Histology section as they apply to the Anatomic Pathology Laboratory.

- →Performs initial and ongoing skill-gap analysis of users Participate in Histology National Conference Calls and other trainings Maintain current enrollment in Histology National and Local mail groups Performs high level duties at least 25% of the time Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 07:30am-4:00pm Telework: Not available Virtual: This is not a virtual position.

Requirements
