About the Position: This is a Military Technician position with the 81st Readiness Division, Area Maintenance Support Activity 148 located in Knoxville, Tennessee. This position requires an active membership as a Soldier in the Army Reserve before a start date can be set. What You'll Do
- →Performing more complex repairs on heavy mobile equipment.
- →Performing repairs on various types of commercial, combat, tactical and automotive support equipment.
- →Passing on instructions from shop supervisor to other workers.
- →Delegate assignments by identifying immediate tasks to be performed.
- →Providing guidance and advice to workers involving the proper maintenance procedures.
- →Providing information to supervisor in order to keep him/her abreast of current progress.
- →Operating vehicles in order to check the work of subordinates.
- →Checking the progress of assignments for accuracy and compliance with supervisor's instructions.
