About the Position: The NCR-Network Office is located at 6000 MacArthur Blvd in Bethesda, MD. Eligible for situational telework, including emergency and OPM prescribed "Unscheduled Telework". This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Provide professional administrative support and expertise to administrators within the Defense Health Network to increase the efficiency, productivity, and quality of care of clinical operations.
- →Develop, establish, and monitor business initiatives and strategic business plans.
- →Plan, implement, and evaluate the policies, procedures, and systems to monitor utilization of healthcare services and clinics/departments that are mutually beneficial and cost effective for the beneficiary and the government.
- →Provide technical advice and assistance to clinical and administrative department chiefs on all health program functions within their departments.
- →Initiate changes in policies, procedures, and protocols to improve beneficiary access to care, reduce administrative burdens for DoD healthcare beneficiaries, and optimize cost-effectiveness of healthcare delivery.
- →Recommend strategies to improve beneficiary access to care, reduce administrative redundancies, or optimize cost-effectiveness of health care delivery.
