The primary purpose of this position is to Ensures infrastructure equities are integrated and assessed through various DoD and Command risk assessment and management frameworks and programs. Assesses critical assets and infrastructure systems, manages risks and develops the Command's positions and remediation choices on these assets, systems, and capabilities.
What You'll Do
- →Studies the Command's mission sets and provides comprehensive engineering expertise to develop the engineering portions of the Command's campaign, contingency, posture, and crisis plans and provides input to Command assessments.
- →Provides engineering expertise on facility and infrastructure programming and investment strategies to support Command missions, objectives, and priorities.
- →Serves on internal and external teams; provides recommendations for engineering and critical infrastructure policies, instructions, standards, and specifications.
- →Represents the Command's engineering equities and priorities at conferences, symposiums, boards, working groups, and meetings involving the public and private sector.
