You will serve as the Operational Technology Integration Lead in the Fleet Readiness Centers' Infrastructure Optimization and Modernization Program (FIOP) of COMFLTREADCEN responsible for planning, integration, qualification, cybersecurity compliance, and sustained lifecycle management of industrial operational technologies and equipment across all Fleet Readiness Centers (FRCs).
What You'll Do
- →You will advise on, administer, or perform professional or technical work concerned with varied complex engineering or architectural projects, facilities, structures or equipment.
- →You will develop and brief complex technical subjects to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
- →You will lead large-scale Operational Technology modernization projects and coordinate OT-IT integration efforts.
Requirements
- ✓Applicants must meet the following basic education requirements of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualifications Standards Manual: Successful completion of a professional engineering degree.
- ✓Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position.
- ✓OR Current registration as an Engineer Intern (EI), Engineer in Training (EIT), or licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE) by any State, the District of Columbia, Guam, or Puerto Rico.

- ✓OR Successful completion of at least 60 semester hours of courses in the physical, mathematical, and engineering sciences and in engineering that included the courses specified in the basic requirements under paragraph A (above).
- ✓Ordinarily, there should be either an established plan of intensive training to develop professional engineering competence, or several years of prior professional engineering-type experience, e.g., in interdisciplinary positions.
