What You'll Do
- →You will coordinate funeral honors with a casualty assistance team, funeral honors program members, funeral or cemetery director, next of kin, and other interested parties.
- →You will verify the eligibility of the veteran to receive military funeral honors using an automated systems, DD-214's, Veteran's Affairs documents, or other proof of honorable military service.
- →You will research applicable rules, regulations, procedures, and requirements to provide accurate information to customers.
- →You will orally articulate instructions to execute processes or procedures.
