You will serve as a Foreign Security Assistance and International Logistics Manager in the Plans and Policy Division, Code N5, of COMMANDER US PACIFIC FLEET.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as the Navy International Programs Officer (IPO) liaison for Navy commands in the INDOPACOM area of responsibility.
- →You will apply analytical techniques to develop strategic plans and prepare briefings, information papers, and talking points for staff at conferences or meetings to support security cooperation efforts.
- →You will evaluate current security cooperation plans, operations, and activities, recommend improvements, and ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
- →You will oversee the COMPACFLT Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program, stay informed about FMS equipment, articles, and services, prepare correspondence for regional partner acquisitions, and submit target allocation requirements.
- →You will coordinate with others to identify and execute engagement according to the Theater Security Cooperation Plan.
- →You will manage performance, communicate expectations to your team, support employee development, and address conduct concerns.
