About the Role

You will serve as a Foreign Military Assistance Specialist in the Country Program Management division of NET SEC ASTFLD ACT.

What You'll Do

  • You will assess the training needs of assigned countries are considered with other world-wide requirements and submit justification for training needed.
  • You will review pertinent international military training program plans and provides professional advice on foreign training matters.
  • You will initiate official correspondence, messages and Point Papers relative to on-going Security Cooperation programs and provide input to evolving issues, programs, and sources of funding.
  • You will develop and manage Foreign Military Sales (FMS) training cases for international customers.
  • You will coordinate visits of foreign military dignitaries, developing itineraries as requested for planning assistance.
