You will serve as a FLEET SCHEDULER in the Corporate Operations Department (Code 1100), Business Management Division (Code 1100C), Requirements Branch (Code 1163) of MID ATLANTIC REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CTR.
What You'll Do
- →You will define and negotiate scheduling requirements, integration, output formats, automated transfer procedures, and processes used to track ship schedules and for communicating inconsistencies in the process.
- →You will provide a common process for availability, assessments, inspections, certifications and training, ensuring optimum availability of assignments and coordinating schedule changes to all applicable participants in a timely manner.
- →You will represent MARMC scheduling Conferences, actively participating in a variety of working groups responsible for refining and perfecting Fleet Scheduling policy and processes and resolving conflicts.
- →You will ensure applicable documentation, including instructions, guidelines, messages, and various policy and procedure documents are kept up to date and accurately describe current established scheduling.
