The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Financial Manager, leading a financial management quality assurance and compliance office, that reviews and audits financial processes used to support sensitive activities. Provides planning, direction, and control over nonsupervisory financial management employees assigned to the Financial Management Branch, Capabilities Development Division.
What You'll Do
- →Serves as expert and key financial management advisor to the Director, Sensitive Activities Office, through the Chief, Systems Support Division and Chief, San Antonio Field Office, on the most sensitive and complex financial management policies and issues.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →Exercises internal management and coordination responsibilities.
- →Performs evaluation of a full range of financial management and staff service programs; develops and executes improvement/enhancement plans.
