The Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) serves as the IT hub of the U.S. Department of Labor. We develop, maintain and protect IT solutions and data across our 27 agencies to enable mission outcomes through technology and service. What You'll Do

- →The advertised salary range reflects the minimum and maximum pay for all locations.
- →Final salary will be determined based on the selectee's assigned duty station in accordance with applicable locality pay tables.
- →Major duties for the GS-14 include, but are not limited to: Serve as lead for budget formulation and execution of large and complex budgets, with minimal supervision.
- →Prepare a variety of complex reports, written analyses and recommendations for the Office on programmatic and budgetary matters.
- →Prepare and issue reports on budget and funding levels with analyses on a variety of costs for each budget line item and overall spending by unit.
- →Analyze and assist in the development of various procurement actions, agreements, memorandum of understandings, etc. to determine the cost and impact on funds in respective contracts.
- →Evaluate monthly accounting transactions such as detailed statements of funds to ensure the accuracy of accounting.
- →Serve as a team lead for special projects requiring significant research and attention to detail.
