The primary purpose of this position is to perform work in support of the planning, development, repair, renovation and day-to-day use of the 87th Logistics Readiness Squadron assigned 73 facilities. Also serve as the 87th Logistics Readiness Squadron Commander Building Custodian.
What You'll Do
- →As the Squadron Work Order Monitor, is the central point of contact on all Squadron Work Orders (WO) with Civil Engineering (CE).
- →Maintains electronic listing of 87th Logistics Readiness Squadron Facility Information and retrieves a variety of reports from the same.
- →Participates at various meetings such as Real Estate Working Group (REWG), Program Working Group (PWG), Project Sitting Review Panel, Base Comprehensive Plan, and Project Management Teams (PMT) for new construction or renovations affecting LRS Facilities.
- →Performs as the LRS headquarters Building Custodian and Quality Assurance Evaluator.
