What You'll Do
- →The position oversees plans and coordination of building and facility improvements, the outlining immediate improvements and of future requirements by fiscal year.
- →Performs administrative and human resource management functions relative to the staff members supervised.
- →Develops work improvement plans and recommends personnel actions for subordinate employees, as necessary.
- →Directs the planning, development, and implementation of contract support to the Division.
- →Reviews, and interprets policies and regulations issued by DOD and Federal agencies which relate to space management and real estate activities.
Requirements
