About the Role
The Executive Director, Medical Center (EDMC) has full delegated line authority and responsibility for executive level management of a VA health care facility. Has overall responsibility for planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, controlling, reviewing, evaluating, and improving medical, administrative, and supporting operations of a medical facility which administers a variety of medical care and treatment for a large geographic area.

- →THIS IS A MULTIDISCIPLINARY POSITION AND CAN BE FILLED WITH ONE OF THE FOLLOWING OCCUPATIONS: PHYSICIAN/DENTIST/PODIATRIST: VM-602/VM-680/VM-668 $145,000 - $310,000 NOTE: For Physician, Dentist, OR Podiatrist - Applicant's education and length of practice (experience) will be considered by a Compensation Panel in determining the salary of the applicant selected.
- →This is a Pay Table 4 Tier 1 position.
- →Exceptions to the salary cap must be approved.

Requirements
- ✓Citizenship; non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy.
