- →The Space Systems Integration Office (SSIO) is seeking a forward-thinking Enterprise Engineering and Governance Engineer to help architect the future of our nation's space domain capabilities.
- →This is a premier developmental opportunity for an engineer looking to transition from focused System Program Office (SPO) operations to enterprise-level Systems of Systems (SoS) engineering.

- →Possess a strong desire to transition from single-system engineering to SoS thinking, with the ability to conceptualize how individual nodes connect into a broader, integrated enterprise architecture. - Technical Engineering Skills: Familiarity with technical governance frameworks, requirements generation, technical change management, and configuration management.
- →Exposure to, or training in, Digital Engineering and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) is highly desirable but not mandatory. - Program & Risk Management: Demonstrated risk management skills, coupled with strong organizational and time management abilities to navigate complex, cross-functional initiatives. - Soft Skills & Leadership: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- →The candidate must have diplomacy and tact to build consensus and drive alignment across competing teams, varied stakeholders, and enterprise leaders. - Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
