About the Role
The primary purpose of this position is: To design and develop individual task orders of a complex and conventional nature for contract construction, provide technical expertise to the contracting officer during negotiations of the task orders, and perform construction management of those task orders once negotiated Click on "Learn more about this agency" button below to view Eligibilities being considered and other IMPORTANT information.
What You'll Do
- →Inspects construction in relation to task orders at all stages and certifies actual versus scheduled progress, technical correctness of construction work, and adherence to government specifications.
- →Completes and maintains facility project folders during all phases of development, design, and construction Prepare briefings, attends meetings concerning construction progress and attends engineering conferences
Requirements
