The primary purpose of this position is to serve as professional electronics engineer responsible for installation, assembly, integration, and assurance of Electronics Engineering equipment.
What You'll Do
- →Performs engineering duties in support of the Navigation Warfare (NAVWAR) mission.
- →Develops, adapts, and maintains analytical methods, tools, standards, and models and simulations used in NAVWAR engineering and test planning.
- →Performs complex and comprehensive analysis and uses systematic, disciplined, and quantifiable approaches to manage projects.
- →Supports the DoD GPS EA frequency coordination process.
- →Conducts independent assessments of EA frequency coordination effects-based modeling products; coordinates GPS EA frequency requests with the FAA, USCG, DoD, and the Joint Spectrum Center.
