About the Role
The Civil Rights Division (CRT or Division) is seeking an experienced attorney to serve as the Director, Voting Section.
What You'll Do
- →Prepares recommendations for or against appeal, including appeals to the Supreme Court, and may brief or assist in the argument of the case or appeal; Oversees the Section's election monitoring efforts.
Requirements
- ✓Applicants must possess a J.D. degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association and be a member in good standing of a state, territory of the United States, District of Columbia, or Commonwealth of Puerto Rico bar.
