This position is within the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), Office of Secure Transportation (OST), Engineering Systems and Technology Division (ESTD), has a great opportunity for a Program Manager. As a Program Manager you will serve as the Engineering Systems and Technology Division Director and manage the division through multiple subordinate branch chiefs.
What You'll Do
- →As a Program Manager, you will: Oversees the work of the following Branches: Vehicle Systems Branch; Command & Control, Communications, Computers, and Cyber Branch; Facilities Management Branch; As well as Unmanned Systems; Counter Unmanned Systems; and Fleet Management.
- →Exercise management and oversight of all Division functions in support of OST.
- →Plans, directs, supervises, and manages the work of divisional staff through multiple subordinate branch chiefs, set and adjust priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work.
- →Provide long-range program development, implementation, and evaluation; budgetary planning; establishment and coordination of special program efforts and major projects; and identifying operational needs and reporting requirements to attain desired programmatic goals and results.
- →Advise OST and NNSA senior program officers on all matters relating to Command & Control, Communications, Computers, and Cyber; Vehicle Systems; Facilities Management; Unmanned Systems; Fleet Management and Transportation Safeguards System (TSS).
- →Communicates with all levels of the NNSA organization to include top level officials, contractor management officials, and other groups and organizations that affect the TSS mission.
Requirements

- ✓Must be able to obtain/maintain a Q level Security Clearance.

- ✓The OST mission is performed on a 24-hour, 7 days a week basis, and this position has been designated as required to participate in both scheduled and unscheduled emergency response exercises and events.
- ✓May be required to successfully complete a one (1) year probationary or two (2) year trial period.
- ✓Employees serving on a probationary or trial period may be terminated at any time during the probationary or trial period for performance, conduct, or business-related reasons in the interest of Federal service.
