What You'll Do
- →Leads development of concepts into joint doctrine and training initiatives to train and educate Soldiers, Airmen, Sailors, Marines, international students, officers, and DOD civilians.
- →Responsible for implementing Army and T2COM priorities of People, Readiness, and Modernization.
- →Oversees a workforce of 2256 (including contract support) including direct supervision of over 8 Colonel or GS-15 leaders.
- →Works closely with the CCoE CG, Chief of Staff and Command Sergeant Major to develop and implement priorities, safeguard resources, and establish an effective command culture.
- →Closely coordinates with enterprise partners to facilitate the effective support of the installation and all training requirements.
- →Manages the training and complete support of over 23220 transient students annually.
- →Refers only the most complex issues and policy changes to the Commanding General for approval.
Requirements
- ✓CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT: Must be a U.S.

- ✓You will serve a one-year probationary period unless you have previously completed the probationary period in the SES.

- ✓You must be able to submit and pass designated and/or Random Drug Testing as required.

- ✓Direct deposit of pay is required.
- ✓The incumbent is required to travel on both scheduled and unscheduled aircraft, and other modes as required, under conditions specified under the DoD Joint Travel Regulations.
- ✓The incumbent is expected to travel on short notice to attend high level meetings to obtain resolution of problems and gather information to assist in the decision-making process.
- ✓Mobility: An essential element of the SES is mobility across geographic, organizational and functional lines.
