You will serve as a SENIOR SUPERVISORY ADMINISTRATIVE PROFESSIONAL (DEPUTY PROGRAM MANAGER) in the PROGRAM OFFICE of NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING AND EXPEDITIONARY WARFARE CENTER. This position is part of the Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (EXWC) Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-04 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-14 through GS-15. This position is expected to transition into the General Schedule (GS) pay schedule on or after October 1, 2026.
What You'll Do
- →You will Identify total ownership costs and total life cycle costs.
- →You will Develop and maintain relationships with Service Counterparts.
- →You will Develop and maintain Product Support / Intergrated logistics Support (ILS) requirements for assigned systems and material.
- →You will oversee subordinate supervisors concerning policies, budgets, business processes, and resource oversight.
- →You will ensure adequate contractual vehicles (capacity and type) are planned or in place to execute the Buy Plan.
- →You will identify and resolved schedule, resource or organizational problems and initiate corrective actions.
