About the Role
The position is located in the Office of the Chief Acquisition Executive (OCAE). The Deputy Chief Acquisition Executive for Procurement leads a staff of procurement professionals supporting CISA unclassified contracts and serves as a principal expert for all procurement matters and provides expert advice and guidance to the Component Director, Deputy Director, Chief Acquisition Executive (CAE), and Senior Leadership Team.
What You'll Do
- →Further, participates actively in DHS HCA Council and other Department led procurement events and initiatives; and Establishing contract management business goals and objectives, formulates strategies, and approves or validates plans, priorities, schedules, and resource/budget requirements for contract management processed under his/her cognizance.
