This position is designated as SES, General. USDA structures its SES positions into position levels. This is a position level II with a salary range of $204,122 - $216,010 per year. Exceptions to the salary cap may be considered in certain circumstances. SES employees are also eligible to receive bonuses and performance-based awards. What You'll Do
- →Responsible for the development and administration of all Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) retailer operations and compliance activities across the Nation.
- →Provides oversight of retailer authorization, reauthorization, administrative services for participating stores, and the full range of compliance activities including investigations and administrative actions.
- →Provides executive leadership for the planning, coordination, and execution of national retailer authorization and compliance functions.
- →Leads collaborative law-enforcement relationships—providing technical guidance to the Office of Inspector General, U.S.
- →Attorneys, and State and local law-enforcement partners—to ensure effective investigative and compliance outcomes.
- →Drives transformational initiatives and organizational improvements that support program integrity, operational accountability, and strategic priorities across the retail landscape.
