About the Role
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serves as the supervisor for the Commander's Data Integration Team (CDIT), exercising the full range of supervisory duties, including planning, directing, and organizing the team's mission-focused activities.
What You'll Do
- →Exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities for assigned personnel; As a first-level supervisor, directs and coordinates the work.
- →Develop policy, procedures, plans, and technical guidance, standards, and functional specifications for the overall Command's data infrastructure.
- →Provide innovative recommendations to alter standard theories pertaining to new applications of existing products and assess the impact of new technologies on current systems and processes.
- →Provide technical leadership and guidance to a diverse team of data science and software engineering professionals regarding applicable mission requirements, current and future command plans, and operational considerations.
- →Apply extensive knowledge of the field of engineering, computer science, and employment of data and artificial intelligence capabilities, to resolve unique or novel problems related to design and integration of systems.
