What You'll Do
- →The Deputy Regional Director serves as a full assistant to the Director, who has the overall responsibility for supervising and managing Federal Prison System facilities and activities in the region, comprised of numerous institutions.
- →Additionally, incumbent ensures extensive community service operations are carried out in the region through community programs staff and contract facilities.
- →Reports to the Regional Director on all problems and potential problems relating to operations in the regional office and field installations.
- →Regularly communicates with the Regional Director, Assistant Directors, institution executive staff and Central Office staff in connection with the operation of regional facilities to gather and disseminate information relevant to the management of regional facilities.
Requirements
