What You'll Do
- →You will serve as the Contracting Officer's technical point of contact for assigned contracts.
- →You will be responsible for ensuring that requirements for contracted services are adequately defined and that contracts fulfill established requirements.
- →You will assign and delegate specific contract authorities and may provide performance evaluation input to an employee's supervisor.
- →You will serve as a technical advisor on the interpretation of requested contract requirements and provide guidance for special circumstances.
- →You will plan and implement procedures to ensure contractor compliance to contractual requirements.
- →You will provide input and recommendations on finding and observations for contract modifications, fund withholdings or other actions necessary to maintain/improve the quality and timelines of the assigned functional areas.
Requirements
- ✓No basic education requirements.
- ✓ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ICTAP Applicants: To be considered well-qualified and exercise selection priority as an ICTAP candidate, displaced Federal employees must satisfy all qualification requirements for the position and receive a rating in the highly qualified category (score 85) or higher.
- ✓ICTAP candidates must provide copies of all of the following documentation at the time of application: 1) agency notice; 2) most recent performance appraisal; and 3) most recent SF-50 or notification of personnel action that includes position, grade level, and duty location.
- ✓Applicants who do not provide this documentation will not receive consideration as an ICTAP candidate.

- ✓To receive priority consideration, the FPL must be the same grade level or equivalent of the retained grade or the grade held immediately prior to separation.

- ✓The NATO Status of Forces Agreement prohibits employment in the U.S.
- ✓Civilian Component in a host nation of any person who holds dual citizenship of the U.S. and the host nation.
- ✓For example: A person who holds both Italian and U.S. citizenship may not be employed in the U.S.
- ✓Civilian Component in Italy; however, that person is not prohibited by the NATO Status of Forces Agreement from employment in the U.S. civilian Component in another NATO host nation of which (s)he does not hold citizenship.
