About the Position: This position is with the defense health agency; defense health network east at Blachfield Army Community Hospital with the Directorate of Resource Management. Budget Office located at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Position working environment is office cubicle. Hours 0800-1630 M-F.
What You'll Do
- →Provides information on contract services, both potential and existing to Hospital and Government personnel.
- →Develops and maintain contracting actions for all vehicles Personal and Non-Personal Service, Supply, Subscription, Blanket Purchase Agreements, in support of Blanchfield Army Community Hospital and umbrella organizations associated therewith.
- →Monitors obligations and burn rates existing contract vehicles to maintain favorable appropriations status for contract actions.
- →Performs Duties of Quality Inspection Specialist on all contracts.
- →Creates and review purchase requests for specialized medical supplies, equipment, and service requirements.
- →Serves as point-of contact between Government and Vendor to ensure legal, ethical, and appropriate business relations are maintained as contracted services are received.
