- →Participate in drafting the solicitation and in evaluating proposals as a member of the Technical Evaluation Panels or Integrated Procurement Teams; provide a wide range of specialized oral and written presentations to high-level officials and outside parties, serve as technical and program authority on contract negotiation teams.
- →Participate in post-award conference with the winning contractor; participate with Contracting Officer with de-briefings to unsuccessful bidders and in preparing and presenting the Government's position to disputes, claims, and protests.
Requirements
