The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Computer Assistant performing as the installation-level cyber asset manager providing oversight for the acquisition, inventory, accountability, maintenance, and disposal of all hardware, software and personal wireless communication assets.
What You'll Do
- →Serves as the installation control point for Information Technology and Personal Wireless Communications Services (IT/PWCS) management ensuring the Wing complies with multiple complex Congressional, Federal, Department of Defense and Air Force policies.
- →Analyzes requirements and establishes plans of action for improving IT applications.
- →Directs, plans, organizes and manages the Base Software License Management (BSLM) Program.
- →Serves as contracting officer representative.
- →Performs as a technical advisor in business meetings and presents briefings.
