This position is located with Bonneville Power Administration, in FERC Compliance (CGF); Compliance and Governance (CG); Compliance, Audit and Risk Management (C). A successful candidate in the Compliance Specialist position will perform analysis and advisory assignments related to developing and sustaining program frameworks, processes, procedures, documentation, and data for programs.

- →As a Compliance Specialist, you will: Analyze and help improve organizational programs by reviewing their structure, procedures, and data to ensure they meet compliance goals.
- →Research and resolve procedural or factual issues by applying analytical techniques, reviewing historical data, and studying established policies.
- →Develop and sustain compliance programs by studying work processes, identifying problems, and recommending solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- →Review reports, operational plans, and work projects to ensure rules and regulations are being followed.
- →A Advise managers on implementing compliance standards.
- →Manage program data and record by using specialized software, maintaining filing systems for auditing, and ensuring information from internal and external sources is handled correctly.
Requirements
